  • well i have not recieved anything today or any emails :(
I have now opened a dispute in paypal.

Sadly though because i ordered back in august i had to pay£24 deposit and the remainder was in november, so looks like i can only claim £30 - still better than n othing i guess.
I need to start saving so I plan to save £2 a week to start with:beer:
  • I paid £85 at end of October by paypal. Past 45 days and paypal paid with Tesco credit card which has £100 minimum to claim. Any thing I can try to get money back?

Will be looking at getting the Amex mentioned earlier for future purchases.

I called Tesco CC and have put a claim in for charge back under £100 - did they actively refuse to do that for you?
Ever stop to think and forget to start again?

No haven't tried I just googled and found T&C that they offered protection for purchases over £100. How did you process your claim?

I just rang and said that I hadn't received my goods for two payments to this company and he logged a charge back claim on the phone. Think they send something out to sign but certainly didn't mention any minimum, but I think the law is anything over 100 is protected.

I cannot believe so many people got duped into this.
Small company handling such an influx.
Live and learn i was once told, i once made a similar mistake.
Buy reputable and buy with confidence.
Hope you all get your orders through and if not take the company to the cleaners but i doubt it will hurt the actual one that as taken the profits.
    :(

there are many small decent businesses which one day when they grow IF they have customers will become big, reputable and brands we trust. Don't tar all small businesses with NHC brush as most small businesses would never let a customer down.
