Yes mine has changed to pending today and I put in my paypal claim today too

I cannot believe so many people got duped into this.
Small company handling such an influx.
Live and learn i was once told, i once made a similar mistake.
Buy reputable and buy with confidence.
Hope you all get your orders through and if not take the company to the cleaners but i doubt it will hurt the actual one that as taken the profits.

Thanks, I'm still waiting for my order so have clicked thanks. My sister isn't a member of MSE and she's still waiting for her order too - so that's another +1 to the count.

I have been dealing with Neil since April. Have had some lovely hampers but also substandard ones. Each month without fail I have to chase him up over missing hampers and have missed lots of birthdays and anniversarys. I'm a nice person and like to give benefit of doubt but I have 4 children, 2 disabled,1 severely so and work as well so struggle for time and find this all very stressful. Please be aware those of you waiting for hampers over the next year as this will be standard practice. I like to give people benefit of doubt and have sent lovely e mails and tweets but to no avail. My brother works in a highly professional legal job but I didn't want to go down that route as I was trying to give Neil benefit of doubt. Please also be aware that been if police are monitoring mse then only statements that are slanderous can be removed. Everyone on here, as far as I can see is stating factual comments so can't be prosecuted

My order status has not changed despite my hampers being delivered today.
Only thing that changed as of yesterday morning was I did a chargeback with my bank so I could get my money back. Must remember in a couple of months or seven to uncharge it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
