It looks like it is actually still possible to place orders on his site, which is a worry. I didn't go all the way through to pay but it was letting me order things for next 'working' day delivery or a standard rate of 3-5 days.
Maybe it isn't until you actually try to confirm the payment that the order is declined and you get a warning about not being able to deliver within any sensible time frame?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I too have not received my 6 hampers. Neil took my money on the 9th Oct 2012. Tried contacting to no avail!!
I am disabled and on little money, I ordered hampers for gifts to save me going out in my wheelchair and in pain! Instead, have lost £59.99 and now had to venture out in pain to get 'rubbish' gifts, which have cost more money, which I havent got!!
I have contacted trading standards, and I was advised to call the fraud hotline.
Lets all stick together to get our money back from this awful man!!!
We all paid in good faith for what...hastle and upset...Thanks Neil!!!

IMO I would imagine you can still shop and pay for next day delivery. There was a tweet yesterday from someone who ordered on 12/12 so even whilst in the middle of the fiasco orders were being taken along with hard earned cash!0 -

Wonder why it changed...... As Alice said.......curiouser and curiouser :think:
Maybe it's something to do with PayPal....has anyone else's changed today?

Fraud or deception may be difficult to prove, but worth contacting the police to raise a case - the more the merrier.
He'll probably state pressure or health issues etc.
Trading Standards may well prosecute anyway if he doesn't refund in full including the return costs for sub-standard or short items. He's is breach, so return costs are on him.
Can he afford it??
Will he just go bust??
I personally would work with Trading Standards and go for full refunds and cancel all future orders and call it a day. Though he might just give up and call it a day, his reputation is in "tatters".
Fascinating reading for a non-buyer and hoping for 100% success in getting those refunds you deserve.
A business out there for someone decent, honest and organised I suppose??

Has this guy (or his family) run previous businesses? (He implies experience on his website, but I don't believe anything written on there!) What happened to them I wonder? I'm just thinking there may be some history of poor business sense........0

I too ordered 12+12 deal on the 24th Nov and then placed another order to be delivered to my mum as a Christmas presant. Have received nothing as yet and unfortunately I have to go into hospital tomorrow for a small procedure so won't be at home for most of the day:(. I rang UK mail after hanging on the phone for ages and ages to get through no delivery due and they haven't recieved a consignment note so they are not expecting to collect anything from NHC either:(:(:(.
All though i really wanted these hampers am torn on what to do as doesn't seem likely we are going to get future monthly deliveries on time if at all.
The lack of communication is not good as we haven't even been told at this stage we are not going to receive these hampers at this late stage:mad:0 -
