Dear Customer
We have had many issues over the past week as you are probably aware of with comments about our company about late delivery of your hampers, we are working closely along side trading standards, the police & the regulators of certain social network sites & MSE.
The police have informed me any comments that they find on these sites to be found threatening & untrue action will be taken against these people.
We have been advised by these authorities to keep you all informed & up to date with the present situation. We will be sending all the remaining hampers out for you to receive for the Christmas period.
Our team at the Norfolk Hamper Company are working very hard to make this possible & have been unable to answer phone calls & emails & will be no longer posting on Twitter due to putting all our efforts into getting these out to you.
We are sorry for any inconveiniance caused to you for the late arrival of your Hampers & are aiming to put this right the best way we can.
Thank you for your time & support.

I suspect many people won't want to take the risk of 'another hamper not arriving' but if you are, there may be companies who can and will deliver.
There is at least one firm still advertising Christmas delivery if you order today (found them by Googling - I don't know anything about them, so you need to form your own view): http://www.ihampers.co.uk/?gclid=CJXIiaPzrbQCFQ7LtAodyxUAKA
May be others if anyone else is in Googling mode...0 -

I ordered the 6+6 deal at the end of July, and paid £60, going halves with my sister (£30 each) We were hesitant at first that you get a hamper worth say £20 each for that low price but gave it a go. Religiously we have received 2 hampers per month (whether these were the hampers as per the offer I have no idea as I did not keep a copy of the monthly breakdown of what we would receive). I do however remember we should have received a Xmas themed one this month, and haven't. Due to the reliability month on month of these being delivered, I have not had cause to doubt the company's honesty or integrity and do not believe that this is a con or a fraud. Simply, too many orders have been taken on that cannot be fulfilled in time. The hampers we have received have been OK, the odd one a bit low on content price wise to what the value quoted was, but we have looked at it on the basis that we have paid a fiver each for them, and the baskets alone are probably worth a couple of quid, so don't feel too hard done by. I genuinely feel for those who have been reliant on these for presents or for Xmas, and I am also disappointed that my Xmas one has not arrived in time, I do not really want Xmas pud or Xmas cake after Boxing day. I hope those that are waiting get a delivery today or Monday.24 beers in a case - 24 hours in a day. Coincidence? :beer:0

I have had I've had 10 out of 14 hampers so far & the other 4 are due in January, I have every confidence I'll get the last 4 in January as so far not had any major problems like others on here seem to have had.
I have had the email from him (the same as others) this morning so I do feel like he's trying to solve issues, although very slowly lol2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,0 -
This is the Amazon supplier:
http://www.blueberrygroup.net/index.html
Status: Active
Date of Incorporation: 07/07/2004
Country of Origin: United Kingdom
Company Type: Private Limited Company
Nature of Business (SIC):
46360 - Wholesale of sugar and chocolate and sugar confectionery
Does not look like there is a connection at all.
Maybe Mr NHCo is just buying direct from them too ?
Blueberry & The Blueberry Group are two different brands on Amazon although both supply hampers the contents and packaging are different. so it is doubtful that The Blueberry Group has anything to do with the Blueberry hampers linked to earlier.0 -

That's what I was trying to say as well lol, I did get the xmas hampers though & was happy with them & the other hampers in this deal.2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,0 -

i believe the same
i had mine around the 18th and got 2 xmas 1 galaxy 1 cadburys out of my 12+12
i originally asked for the galaxy/cadburys for xmas then rung and asked to swap the choc for xmas ones but he said hed send my all 4 which true to his word he did
i just think he has taken on too much and i think once xmas ones are out the way it will be buisness as usual as people have said they have had no problem with monthly deliveries upto now0 -

He might be trying to solve issues slowly but that's not the point really is it? It's the lies he's fed people for the last 3 weeks when they could have been out replacing presents that are clearly not going to turn up . Personally, I feel he will go bust as soon as the many many hundreds of claims for refunds come in. I wouldn't hold your breath on getting any hampers after this fiasco.0
