When I filed my Paypal dispute about my 12 deal I said that although I had received 1 item I was not satisfied as it was not as stated (a Just Add Cheese basket not a Christmas Hamper), the cellophane was damaged & was delivered late.
I said that I wanted a full refund as I did not trust him the deliver the rest of the items in 2013.
I also said that the Just Add Cheese basket was available for collection at his own expense should he wish to do so.

Googles cache shows that the Blueberry hampers were dispatched from and sold by Amazon.co.uk. The NHC is not mentioned anywhere in the description.

Thank-you i really didn't know where i stood as i have recieved 2, and i did request the 'just add cheese' and 'chilli ' ones as my december ones? ( which arrived fine) I am just worried i will not recieve the other 22 throughout the year.:(

I think he's done most of his shopping at Makro, to be honest.

The biscuits are £16.99 for 100 packs, and they also sell the little fruitcakes and Christmas puddings.

Has anybody any advice on replacing these now and refusing delivery IF they turn up? Would we still be entitled to refund then?
I have logged my complaint with trading standards.
