My husband ordered the 12 hamper deal for £90 + £5 postage in November (we had missed out on the summer hamper deal). Was sure that the first one that was due in December was to be a Christmas hamper - can't check as the order confirmation only says 12 hamper deal and there's nothing detailing it on the website. I know I can't be imagining it as others have also posted on here that they were expecting Xmas hampers as the first one in December in the 12 hamper deal. Didn't get any indication of when it was due to be delivered or a despatch e-mail. A delivery arrived on Thursday and what we received was the Just Add Cheese which was in an open basket. As these hampers are just intended for us to enjoy and not to give as gifts it's ok as I am happy with the Just Add Cheese basket but it would have been better to get what was promised or I would have been content with an explanation in advance that I would be receiving a different hamper. I wouldn't have known of this thread if we didn't receive that strange, generic email from the company late Thursday night. I am so sorry to read that hampers are yet to be received or are not as described/expected and of struggles to replace them, it is truly awful. I just hope we will continue to receive the remainder of our hampers throughout the year now.
I ordered the 12 + 12 deal in november, i recieved my first two which were also 'the just add cheese' hamper and 'the chilli' hamper. I was pleased with both! I think it said you could choose which ones you wanted to recieve or they would choose for you? I am a bit worried now whether or not i will recieve the other 22 ?:(:(:(

Has anyone tried Ukmail today to see if they have anything on out for delivery?? Normally there is loads on twitter asking, but nothing there since 16hrs ago, so didnt know if they respond on a sat there, or even if the depot was open to give them a ring again.

I DM them via twitter at 8am this morning but no reply as yet. I was thinking that their twitter page at UK mail doesn't get manned on a Saturday? No point in trying to contact NH Company so I'm really all but given up on getting my goods that I paid for in October. So angry

Most likely scenario is that UKMail have broken all ties with the Norfolk Sham-per Company either because they don't want to be associated with the shambles, or more likely they haven't been paid. He will have no chance of finding any courier company with the capacity or courage to deal with him at this short notice. I am facing up to the fact his mickey mouse business has gone tits up along with my cash.

Thanks for this. I have just rung them and was answered quickly by a lady who said nothing for me and that I need to contact NH Company direct!!!! I asked about Monday deliveries and she said they finish when all the parcels for Monday are delivered! I've given up with this cowboy!

Looks like it's time to give up and go and find pressies for those we'd bought hampers for. As if I haven't already got enough to do this weekend!

Cheers, Neil. Have a great Christmas, won't you?

If the business was to go under, I'm guessing we wouldn't get our Paypal refunds anyway? :(
