If the business was to go under, I'm guessing we wouldn't get our Paypal refunds anyway?
If you get a claim in within 45 days you are covered regardless. Anyone near the 45 day cut off should be putting in a protective claim, just in case. If our goods arrive and in good order you can always cancel the dispute with no harm done later.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Like the way he says "press release", as though he instigated the report on the local newspaper website :mad:0

Thanks for alerting to the email. I've got it! That makes everything all ok doesn't it? NOT! No mention of deliveries and his command of the English language is appalling!! Somebody has just posted on twitter saying that they thing he has "gone" and UK mail haven't collected anything for 2 days! It couldn't get any worse.0 -
I have just filed 2 complaints with Paypal.
My dispute over the 12 hamper dealcame up as 'Awaiting other party's response' and the one disputing non delivery of my 3+3 Christmas Collection deal has come up as 'Being reviewed by Paypal'.
Thanks to everybody on here who has given advice about Paypal etc.
I also intend to file a complaint with Trading Standards.
Good Luck everybody with getting money back or your hampers.0 -
There is NO excuse for people who paid up in October not having their orders! NHC should have set aside the stock they needed to fulfill those orders before taking on or supplying more!
I ordered in AUGUST!!! First 2 large picnic hampers arrived fine (empty), 1st 2 small ones (thorntons) were fine. Preserve hampers had vinegar missing and the next 4 arrived while I was away exchanging presents (which should have been the hampers) and the retro sweets one was very disappointing.
He shouldn't have been offering any new deals in October when he was struggling with Augusts!!!
Vile, greedy, lazy little thief.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -
Just taken photos, excuse their naffness, my phone's camera isn't great.
The sweetie hamper is a buckle one and the Christmas hamper has a clip that you twist to keep it closed. The mince pies were tied to the top of the Christmas one with some rafia.
These were part of the buy 6, get a bonus hamper, then for an extra (£10 maybe?) get 2 of the sets. So I got 2 of each of these, as me and mum went halves we had two each, hers were the same as mine.
The Christmas one has brandy butter, apply chutney, onion chutney, cranberry sauce, mince pies, 2 packs of biscuits, a christmas pudding and a wadge of xmas cake.
The sweets one is a big mix, with a couple more sherbets than shown, I think I've eaten something else from it too but can't remember what.
You got more than me, I didnt get th onion chutney and only one sherbert fountain, also your biscuits look a lot nicer, I had a small pack of shortbread.ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷0 -

Just though it was worth a mention as with all this talk of "packing" hampers it seems a bit weird to me!!!
Blueberry hampers were being sold on Amazon with similar pictures to NHCo website. Wonder if there is any connection?
