I'm in the same position. Ordered the 3+3 deal on 8th October. Promised delivery 1st week in December etc.etc.etc....
I'm waiting to hear from uk mail if there's a delivery for me today but I'm not holding my breath.
So annoyed as not only can I not afford to lose the money it's all the aggro with getting replacements. :eek:

I'm just worried that there's been nothing heard from NH Company for a day or so. Does that mean he's flown off on his Xmas Caribbean cruise on our money??:mad::mad::mad::eek:

Thanks for pointing me in the direction of that thread. I ordered in September but for some reason never checked on here first. I'm usually so careful about web orders, and if I had read of their difficulty in supplying a few hampers in the summer I would never have given them my money. It doesn't help me with this year's presents but it's a good reminder to check MSE first in future.

So if dispatched yesterday, there is a chance of a delivery on Monday. No collections today though. Surprised that trading standards accepted that collections were being made on Saturday and Sunday.

Has anyone spoken to UK Mail and established if they collected many/any yesterday?

You can pay extra for Saturday delivery via UK mail and Neil did say he would be doing this on twitter. But there is no Sunday delivery with those unless he uses a different courier.

Surprise surprise, if you live local and collect you get stuff that looks like their web pictures. If you don't, you either get carp or you get **** all.

i spoke to uk mail yesterday
was told they hadnt picked anything up from them for a couple of days and had been unable to contact him
so in my mind unless he uses another company we arent going to get anything this side of christmas
i shall cancel my order and fill out trading standards form etc monday afternoon

I think I suspected as much as very few people on here had received anything!! Doubt very much if anyone will get anything this side of christmas. Unless they are concentrating on getting EVERYTHING packed then their courier (the mysterious one that delivers on Sunday) will attempt delivery. Not holding out much hope.
Absolutely disgusted at this company.
