seeing the size of that garage/turned shop it looks as though it has just gone way to big, there is nowat he could have 2 lorry full stored in that shop

pitty there wsnt anyone who lived closer who had the balls to get mser's details a orders etc and go round and ask for the refunds.. and dont leave until he gives the refunds/cheques.

if hes been none responsive to most people for a couple of days I dont hold out much hope of people getting their goods but hopefully you can claim the money back

If he had been sending some this week surely some of us here should be receiving them by now, it must have all been lies, why send dispatch emails then?

If anyone gets a reply email, please can they post in here that they did. I have tweeted 3 times, and normally get a response, but haven't. Thing is with email, unless someone says they have had one, we won't know that there are replies being done, as per the message sent this morning to everyone. At least with tweets you can see if there is any activity. Although to be fair, replying to emails won't get the hampers out to the customers for Xmas will it...

surely now you could have some of of grounds with the police.. deception/fraud?
as now he is lying about the dispatches, taking people's money at least until the 12th,

what about contacting local radio/tv stations?
