Your welcome, I know its a little too late etc, especially to rectify all this mess, but I am determined that the little bugit wont get the better of me.
I am past the point of caring now. I dont normally post alot on here, and was not even a member of Twitter until last week, but my fuse has gone and I am totally livid.
Its funny as it only seems to be me posting on twitter today lol, perhaps im blocked and dont even know it !! Still dont know how to message properly on there, and dont really care, helps me vent my anger lol !!
£250, and 19 presents down the swannyAm not a happy bunny.
Next year I am sticking to socks and dressing gowns again lol !!

Just rang my bank as I paid via PayPal but it comes from my debit card.
However, PayPal set up a direct debit so the bank can do nothing for me, they advised me to speak to PayPal who will do nothing because its outside of the 45 days.
I am so unbelievable gutted. I cannot afford to lose this money with no gifts, I could barely afford it in the first place to be honest but it meant 6 gifts sorted and I was planning on spending more than £10 each anyway so I found the money. Now I need to find more, out of no where.
Thanks Neil, Merry bloody Christmas, enjoy my money won't youNSDs 7/20

I have now contacted them and they have taken all the details and have advised I will get a refund in 7-14 days time. Didn't know you could do this to be honest. Would advise everyone to do the same. My account is with Bank of Scotland.
Feel a bit better now that I can at least get my money back.
Thanks for this worth a tryLBM Aug 10  [STRIKE]15,995.86 [/STRIKE]:eek:12,750.49

I am looking for info on the 12 hampers deal for £90 - one per month over 12 months, with an option to add another 12 hamper deal for an extra £20. I would like to check what the first hamper was meant to be.
this would work out at approx £4.58 per hamper, there is no way they can do a hamper for that, the postage alone would be more than that
maybe they have done a major boob... and instead of just cancelling and refunding everyone, they are just digging themselves deeper and deeper in the poo..
do they advertise in any magazines?
do they do hampers for maybe a high street store? and are honouring them first?
I didnt order any hampers...
but i am still very annoyed how they are operating their business
its hard enough to tyr and get people to support local/independant businesses as it is.and when this happens it really does leave a bad bad mark for independants.Work to live= not live to work0 -

The way i do it is by typing " TheNHCompany" into the box at the top and click the spy glass thingie.
Then when the page loads, next to Tweets you have TOP/ALL/People you follow.
I click on all and it shows me who has typed anything about thenhcompany.
Dont know how to tweet properly yet still though lol !!0 -

It is posts like this that make me so angry with Neil and hes company.
I completely agree, some of these posts are really sadTo someone that's never been in that situation it might seem like an insignificant amount of money but it's not at all
I feel so fortunate that I have some money in my bank account to buy a replacement of the hamper I was going to give my nan, but I have been in the situation before where there was literally not a pound to buy even buy someone a scratchcard and it's soul destroying.
I genuinely don't believe these people understand what they have done to innocent peopleMisc debts - £5,000 | Student loan - £9,000 | Mortgage - £180,000

ok long shot...
but can you can the paypal payment was unauthorised?
saying the payment should have been taken when the hampers were ready/dispatched?
clutching at straws i know, but just trying to think of an alternative route via paypal paymentsWork to live= not live to work0 -
I paid via Paypal as well but that didn't seem to matter. Maybe it's because mine was a one off payment for the festive special and not for x number of hampers over x number of months. That's the only thing I can think of.
Worth a try with your bank I think.0
