Thank you Ashellis, I shall be doing the same right now.

Your welcome, I know its a little too late etc, especially to rectify all this mess, but I am determined that the little bugit wont get the better of me.

I am past the point of caring now. I dont normally post alot on here, and was not even a member of Twitter until last week, but my fuse has gone and I am totally livid.

Its funny as it only seems to be me posting on twitter today lol, perhaps im blocked and dont even know it !! Still dont know how to message properly on there, and dont really care, helps me vent my anger lol !!

£250, and 19 presents down the swanny :( Am not a happy bunny.

Next year I am sticking to socks and dressing gowns again lol !!

I am looking for info on the 12 hampers deal for £90 - one per month over 12 months, with an option to add another 12 hamper deal for an extra £20. I would like to check what the first hamper was meant to be.

looking back through mse wasn't the first hamper the picnic one? then after that i thought you picked your own up to the value of £30 each? have had a quick look for pics but everything seems to say people chose their own from what there was ie cheese, chilli, christmas ect?
I need to start saving so I plan to save £2 a week to start with:beer:

@jollyolly hes that olly smith who's posing with Neil launcing his hampers on his website

  • I have spoken to my bank and they gave me the number for debit card disputes.
I have now contacted them and they have taken all the details and have advised I will get a refund in 7-14 days time. Didn't know you could do this to be honest. Would advise everyone to do the same. My account is with Bank of Scotland.
Feel a bit better now that I can at least get my money back.

Sorry to all you guys, glad I didn't order, there were just too many threads being opened with great hamper deals for My liking.

Here is a thought though, when i first started reading this thread, there were several people who lived near the shop he was trading out of, they were collecting their hampers, maybe one of them could go and check, if the shops open, maybe you all stand a chance at least.

Good luck to all those effected.

He's only been trading a few months. He doesn't have to file anything until 2014!!

Companies House record has already been posted on the thread.

I think the hamper 12 or 24 deals depend on when you signed up - mine was 23rd november and the first 1 or 2 hampers were supposed to be christmas and be here first week in december then a different 1 or 2 every subsequent month. I let them know which 2 christmas hampers i wanted and where to send them for december then pre-ordered jan and feb ones with my choices, where in the country to send them and the message for recipients. They emailed me and explained how to do it so i sent a long email with all of the details in it - took about an hr to do as i pre-ordered ones i wanted made up for me to the £30 value (that way you also would get a hamper to the value of £30 rather than one up to that value). Anyhow should have never have bothered or given them a single penny or minute of my time .

Last year I gave OH a pre paid day out in envelopes one for each month of the year but instead of doing that again i thought a hamper a month would be nice and unique instead. I am now busy booking a cheap day out and will write a little note to explain but I can only afford to do it for the first month though (as NHC have my hard earned money).
