Those of you who have received part of an ongoing deal (eg 12+12), do you mind if I ask what you intend to do about the rest of the 'contract'? Are you going to keep the hampers you have received, even though they are late/not as advertised?

I filed my claim days ago and my dispute yesterday for a full refund as i have had nothing - if they then choose to send something it will stay here until they arrange for it to be collected from me but i will still be demanding a full refund as i have asked for it repeatedly and i do not want the stress of this every month for a year

I tried to raise a dispute but it was immediately closed by PayPal, no communication. I believe PayPal should not allow companies to give us te option of using PayPal for items bought in a pre order type situation that means we have no protection as it automatically takes us out of the 45 day rule :(
Mine was linked to my debit card too so I am totally screwed. Goodbye money!

I don't think you are completely screwed. You can insist on a full refund from the company by following Trading Standards procedures in one of the earlier posts.

    I did 2 of the 12 hamper £95 deals, before the 12 + 12 came out, so I have paid out £190.

I have raised two Paypal claims, for several reasons.
With the one I have received, the hamper was not what I ordered, it was late, it was damaged, and I know I won't get a reasonable response from Neil about it at the moment.

The second one I haven't even received, so i've raised a calim for that as well, but stating not received.
