It is important that you please report your complaints to our partners at Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 08454 04 05 06 or via their online form which can be found from our Facebook page and Norfolk Trading Standards website. They will provide you with advice about what you can do and what you are entitled to. They will also collate all this information and pass this to us to act upon where necessary.
In the meantime we are talking with the Norfolk Hamper Company to ascertain the situation and likelihood of orders being fulfilled.
We will update you via this Facebook page and other media as soon as we have more information.

LOL sorry, someone who was sticking up for Neil just posted on UKMails website asking if there was a delivery for them !!!
Obviously their tweet from the other day will now be retracted !!!
I must find something better to do with my time, like get my deriere down the shops and buy some new presents lol !!
Ive just seen it too I wonder if they thought that by "lending there support" he would send out their hampers first :rotfl:
well it didn't work maybe someone could twitter them and ask them to join us here0 -
*****RING CONSUMER RIGHTS DIRECT at NORFOLK COUNCIL on 0845 404 0506 and log your complaint to get given a reference number (like I did yesterday).
- Then write to TNHC telling them they are in breach of distance selling regulations
- delivery failer
- entitled to a full refund
- give them 7-14 days to respond and send by recorded delivery keeping a copy for yourselves
The above also covers if you paid through paypal, like I did!!!

Well after getting my hopes up with my "yours will be tomorrow" response from UKMail, Ive just called them as no reply to my tweets.
Nothing for me todayLady at UKMail fab as usual.
She said she had been hearing a few things, so gave her an update on what his email said, and also his tweet ie do not phone courier !!
She said the same as us, he doesnt want people phoning them, as then we all know he is billy Bubapooping !!
Dont know if I should be laughing or crying now, seriously had hopes up just of that tweet
