    I have been tweeting uk mail all week and not one single reply.

    I can't see any replies to you from UK Mail. I can see your tweets to them if I search your username, but can't see any responses. Don't know why, I have had a response from them within 15-30 mins every day this week.

    Neil, if you are reading this, if you had been less rude and aggressive I would NOT be taking this line, and if you had been honest and said the deals were over subscribed and refunded us in good time, I would have been more than happy with that.
    As it is I am £60 down (a LOT of money to us) and nothing to show for it. I have learnt a hard lesson here, I only hope you leant one too.

  • I havent had a reply from UKMail either on twitter hun, nothing showed up in my home page, but they tweeted a reply to me 20hrs ago saying " yours tomorrow"

    I tweeted them this morning asking again, no reply, then saw the above reply and replied to them asking if it really is today, and still no reply to that :(

    Know they are busy, but honestly do not know if "yours tomorrow" actually means they have something for me !! Will collapse in a heap and pass out if they do lol !!
  • LOL sorry, someone who was sticking up for Neil just posted on UKMails website asking if there was a delivery for them !!!

    Obviously their tweet from the other day will now be retracted !!!

    I must find something better to do with my time, like get my deriere down the shops and buy some new presents lol !!

It is important that you please report your complaints to our partners at Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 08454 04 05 06 or via their online form https://ssl.datamotion.com/form.aspx?co=3438&frm=citacomplainform&to=flare.fromforms. They will provide you with advice about what you can do and what you are entitled to. They will also collate all this information and pass this to us to act upon where necessary.

    In the meantime we are talking with the Norfolk Hamper Company to ascertain the situation and likelihood of orders being fulfilled.

    We will update you via this Facebook page and other media as soon as we have more information.
