thanks i dont do twitterI did it via twitter, UK Mail have been such an efficient company to deal with this week.
Although it is a relief to know at least some of my order is on its way, I do have concerns about continuing to deal with this company all year as part of the 12 + 12 deal, and what my rights are re PayPal etc if I have received some of the hampers but it all goes (even more) pear-shaped at a later stage.
may phone later x0 -

Absolutely NOTHING for me again today, have started the claim process off by making a Paypal dispute. Also contacted Trading Standards, who by the way say you do NOT have to accept a credit note.0

UK Mail have asked me to DM my full address - I wonder if that means I'm getting a delivery?!?
EDIT: They have a delivery for me today!! Does this mean I have the stress of this palaver once a month for the next 12? Could be the new PMT!!
What it mean when they say "DM your full address" ?0 -

Don't shoot me down here but how do you know the couriers haven't lost/delayed some of the hampers? I had mine arrive ok, problem with courier aside (nothing to do with NHC) but I have read a few on here saying when they did get the hampers some of them had days earlier date on the parcel (http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=58066175&postcount=1592) as an example. I know UK Mail are saying they have no parcels for some of you but I have had problems with UK Mail in the past & it could be them rather than NHC that is at fault for 'some' of them - I am not condoning NHC sending hampers out late but I am just saying it may not be all down to them.2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0

All week when I have asked UK Mail if they have a delivery for my postcode, the answer has been a straight 'no'. Today I messaged them as usual asking about my postcode and they they asked for the full address to be sent to them by private message. I thought that the different response might indicate something in the system, and indeed I do have a delivery on the way. Will post when it arrives. I had already started a claim via paypal.0 -
