Feel sorry for everyone who is waiting on hampers. i am waiting on a refund. However since he agreed to refund missing hampers have arrived. I haven't opened them . Waiting for cheque till I tell him to uplift. Having said that I have tried the shop but no answer. I had to buy alternative gifts as they didn't arrive in time for me to give them out. Live miles away from relatives. Itching to have a look see what has arrived.

Can i please ask what you did to get this company to agree to refund you ?

Blimey, just got an email saying my order has been dispatched!!

Sadly the order ref is for the first 2 of my 12+12 deal that I mailed and asked them to postpone until after Christmas, because the first batch they sent me were too late for their intended use and these will no doubt be duplicates of the ones I already have

No mention of the most important, and ironically the first, order I made with them - which was for the Christmas Special Deal.

Still, maybe they will send that out at the same time.

Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Wether or not the cheque arrives remains to be seen. My order was lost by the courier. Loaded on the monday for delivery Tuesday. Tweeted about non delivery and he called me to say courier had lost it. Box arrived at weekend showed having been posted on the Monday as he said with next day delivery on it. Sadly I had gone out and replaced what I had been waiting on so I now have hamper I no longer need. But at least if cheque doesn't arrive I will have something although I have no idea what I have as I haven't opened it !
