Did you know you had a parcel out for delivery from UK Mail? Just wondering whether it's still possible to receive something even if they have told you earlier in the day that there was nothing for your postcode. TIA

No emails from the company at all , that includes the general one that everyone seem to get earlier this week. To be honest I was just sitting and waiting but I did file a claim 2 days ago ....

I cannot find anyway to raise a claim on PayPal? I'm way out of the 45 days but wanted to do it to help others

Ignore me, finally figured it out. :)

I have just raised a claim with Paypal for my 12+12 deal and hamper club membership. My first order for the 3+3 deal is unfortunately out of the 45 days time limit.

I have however still raised a claim for the first order as Paypal actually ask you to do so in order for them to protect other users. So PLEASE report the transaction on paypal even if you are out of time. It will all add to the evidence against the company if this does end up being a trading standards issue or even small claims court.

    DONE .

    Added my bit :)
  • Hi,
Altho' the payment was via Paypal I used my credit card to pay for this and am now making a claim via this route.
If the hampers don't arrive by Sat, where do I stand if I refuse delivery in future? Also I would want to instruct UKmail not to leave them with neighbours - will that invalidate a claim?
So miffed - i hope Neil can enjoy his Christmas and not have it ruined thinking of all those who are having a rubbish Christmas due to his greed, arrogance and incompetence
