    Hi,
Altho' the payment was via Paypal I used my credit card to pay for this and am now making a claim via this route.
If the hampers don't arrive by Sat, where do I stand if I refuse delivery in future? Also I would want to instruct UKmail not to leave them with neighbours - will that invalidate a claim?
So miffed - i hope Neil can enjoy his Christmas and not have it ruined thinking of all those who are having a rubbish Christmas due to his greed, arrogance and incompetence

im wondering if anyone paid by cheque and if so what there comeback is ?

I should hang onto that, it could become a collector's item. :rotfl:
  • I have too liked facbook page - reckon will need mass numbers to get a decent response though only at 18 so far.

    More needed :)

Still no hamper for me, i did ring today and manage to get through but the lady made an excuse and said she would call back, call never came and back to the engaged tone....

will try ukmail again in the morning.
I need to start saving so I plan to save £2 a week to start with:beer:

  • I am sorry but Norfolk Hamper just have to be run by con artists. No other type of person would come up with these kind of posts.

I can almost guarantee UK Mail were telling him his business methods were resulting in their phones being overloaded. Now he's saying people shouldn't even phone up to find out if a delivery is on the way.., when they are three weeks late.

If the police are watching this.., I do hope so.., I'd love to picture them visiting all of us and being shown our paperwork. Like they've got nothing better to do (like catching people who actually commit crimes.., owners of Norfolk Hampers being amongst these)
  • Evening all...

Still no hampers for me either :(

I got a text earlier saying 'We are due to deliver to you on 22nd ......' I thought YEAH :j they are finally going to arrive. I was actually dissapointed to find out it was the EARLY delivery of my new bed which I'd forgotten about since Hampergate !! So I suppose if the hampers don't arrive I'll at least be able to go and sulk in my new bed.
