NHC is now BLACKMAILING customers, more evidence for my claim. He keeps tweeting that his sites are being monitored by the police, I don't think so!!! 101 being called, more evidence for trading standards

Hi, i am not sure if anyone has picked up on this yet or if i am reading it wrong. But when you look at the t&g on the Norfolk hamper website ,the last section headed Hamper Deals .it states that if you want a refund after you have received any hampers they will deduct the full retail value of the ones you have.So the way i am reading it is if you have had any hampers from a deal and request a refund you could be paying full price for the ones you have and not the deal price.Does anyone else read it that way.

I am sure the T&Cs kept changing. What should apply is the ones in place when the order was made, but who would have kept them? Is there a way to retrieve old web pages?

Uk Mail not picking up now, 1st call - automated message saying 'due to a high volume of calls, to re-direct your delivery online,' then phone went down...
2nd call - automated message etc rang for ages then phone went down again
3rd call - automated message - phone down again
just thought I'd save people phoning for a bit if this is happening, sorry if anyone has already posted this

Up till now, I'd been prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt, in the hope that my hampers would turn up OK and containing what they should.

I'm beginning to think this isn't going to happen, and certainly not in time for Christmas.

Unfortunately, I'm out of time for a Paypal claim. :(

Guess I'll have to wait a couple more days and see if anything arrives.

Such a shame that he saw the pound signs when the orders started flooding in, and extended all the offers, only to find that he couldn't keep up with them. And THEN to get so defensive when he knows he's messed up. It's not good business sense at all.
