No hampers on their way to me (thank you to lovely lady at UKMail). Not even been dispatched! So cross with the lies we have been spun. Have to go out and replace my presents!

Lovely lady has been trying to contact them too, but without luck.

That's what I read it as, I can imagine him taking £60 off if you did the 12+12 deal for the first two hampers which i know will be worth a lot less when/if they arrive.

NHC told me when I rung on Monday that they are getting 2 UKMail lorries daily leaving the shop filled up, just checked with UKmail not am I not on the list at all for deliveries but they are not sending 2 lorries to pick up collections. Today 1 lorry was sent and it wasn't half filled. HOW DARE YOU LIE TO YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS NHC, that's all this has been to you a BIG JOKE!!!!! I'm out of pocket, no goods and no extra cash to replace the presents this close to Christmas whilst you have my goods, my £££££££ with interest.
You are going to look sooooo stupid after Christmas when no-one buys from you ever again. Thanks for nothing!!!!!

i bet UKMail have said sort this out to him or were stopping from picking up from you - so his response is to shift the blame yet again

Poor NHC, havnt they realised that once they take the pee with any one MSE'er they take on the lot of us?
