well nothing in uk mail for me so looks like i wont get anything tomorrow either ..

made up for person on twitter they getting two hampers tomorrow .

Hi, i am not sure if anyone has picked up on this yet or if i am reading it wrong.But when you look at the t&g on the Norfolk hamper website ,the last section headed Hamper Deals .it states that if you want a refund after you have received any hampers they will deduct the full retail value of the ones you have.So the way i am reading it is if you have had any hampers from a deal and request a refund you could be paying full price for the ones you have and not the deal price.Does anyone else read it that way.

Gave in and phoned UKMail, really didn't want to bother them but I've waited in all week for this delivery and really need to do something about replacements tomorrow if the hampers aren't going to arrive.
Very helpful lady on the phone, soon as I said I was a bit worried about asking re this delivery due to the number of enquiries they must have already had, she guessed the NHCo !!
Nothing for me tomorrow, though she did say it was worth checking in the morning again.

Also for a laugh have you read to cooperate section of their website about hampers being a good way for companies to say sorry to clients

I also asked UKMail about re-delivery given that there's now so few working days left before Christmas. She said that if they tried to deliver tomorrow and no-one was there to receive it, they would re-deliver on monday.
