Thanks guys. I know you're both right, and I have no intention of taking things further with this guy, I can only see heartbreak and that is not good! Its a shame because we get on so well and he really is quite hot, but I dont want a guy like that in my life.
I'm going on a date tonight so we'll see how that goes. He lives miles away which is a bit of a pain, but its not the end of the world.
I'm feeling really poor today17 days till pay day... 18 days till my birthday!
After scoffing pancakes tomorrow night I think I'm gonna have another sort through of my wardrobe and get selling. I have a nice SLR camera my ex bought me, and as much as I like it, I dont use it very often because I'm scared I'll break it/lose it etc. Maybe its time to sell that too.Common sense tells me its the right thing to do, but it kind of feels like another nail in the coffin of my past relationship.
Urgh! I hate Mondays!Total: £50,676 £0 🥳 The journey to debt freedom0 -
Monday is nearly over! Hopefully you've stuck it out ok so far!!
Sensible decision re the guy at work. And sure you've another distraction already!!Miles away? How many miles? Assume it's manageable at least.
Oh yeah! Pancakes tomorrow! Will likely forget again by the time I get home right enough....lol
I know what you mean about the nail in the coffin. I was only too glad to get rid of the car CD player my ex bought me and buy my own, and further down the line was more than happy getting rid of the car he helped me choose. Time heals!
Besides, if you're scared to use it for fear of damaging it, then you might as well have the money for it than have it gathering dust!!Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
