I wasn't saying you weren't offended, you didn't answer the question directly. I'm saying IF you weren't offended then that would be the case.First Time Buyer: Mortgage Offered, Searches complete, Exchanged 21/12/2012, Completion 04/01/2013! :beer:0

Yes, that's exactly what it is, no matter how you try to dress it up. Bigotry was generally more widely tolerated that it is now, be it racism, sexism or homophobia. But society has moved forward and the worst examples of bigotry are now being curtailed.
Don't like it? Tough."There may be a legal obligation to obey, but there will be no moral obligation to obey. When it comes to history, it will be the people who broke the law for freedom that will be remembered and honoured." --Rt. Hon. Tony Benn0 -
I wonder if you can specify "no racists" in a lodger advert, or whether that is discriminatory.0

So you wouldn't be annoyed if you were told to take your christmas lights down from your house because it offended a non-christian up the road? I bloody well would be! Sorry if that makes me racist...First Time Buyer: Mortgage Offered, Searches complete, Exchanged 21/12/2012, Completion 04/01/2013! :beer:0 -

I would without a seconds thought because the vast majority of Pakistanis would see it for what it actually is, a joke and they would know I'm not being racist. I'm white and would have no problem with a Pakistani telling a joke about white people, for me it's nothing to do with racism or hatred it's simply a joke, nothing more nothing less. It's someone else's fault.0
