Either leave that bit out or put in the name of your local county court.
There is a link to find this in the Reclaim Help Thread, link in my signature.0 -

If you have sent the prelim letter then you need to send the LBA.
If you have sent the LBA then you need to file a claim at court using MCOL or the N1 to your local county court.the way forward is the consumer action group .co.uk0 -
Hi there,
I was just wondering if anyone could please help me?
I wrote to my bank (Abbey) requesting bank statements etc so that I can then calculate my bank charges. They then wrote back to me saying my request has been forwarded to their Banking Specialist Team who will write to me in due course. I then received another letter from them saying they are sorry I have been so unhappy that I felt the need to complain. They say one of their team will be responsible for investigating my complaint. They say we know it is important they resolve my complaint quickly, but they want to do a thorough investigation and sometimes takes time. If we have not contacted you before then, we will write to you in four weeks to let you know what is happening.
I’m not quiet sure what to do as I haven’t actually made a claim or complaint yet, I’ve only actually asked for my statements! It is obvious they are just stalling time.
If anybody could please give me any advice I would be very grateful.0 -
lol they are so used to getting the DPA letters now they are pre-empting your 1st letter asking for a refund.
Don't forget they only have 40 days to get the info to you - if they dont take them to court to force them to supply it to you.LegalBeagles0 -

Does anyone know which Abbey address I should send my unfair charges letter to?
I have worked out the charges including interest and am not sure which Abbey to send it to. Should I also send it recorded delivery, so I get proof of receipt?
Many thanks,

The addresses are in the Reclaim Help thread in my signature.
It's recommended you send all correspondance by Recorded delivery or other traceable means. This way you have proof the bank received your letter and when. This becomes particularly important if you get to the court stage.0
