    Hey jinnie,

Do not wait for them to get their act together, they will use all sorts of stalling tactics to try and put you off.

Stick to YOUR time scale not theirs!!

Once their 2 weeks are up, take the next step. With that amount, the cost of filing your claim wont be an arm and a leg, besides, you will get it back when you win.

file your claim with MCOL if that is your next step. Then wait until you hear again. Either from the court or from shabbey!

you have given them ample warning!

    Hope this helps!

Thank you, I will file a claim on day 15 :) Biggest congrats on getting your money back :)

County court costs more but the costs are claimable, and its faster to get it all done (3/4 months) the Ombudsmans is free, but takes longer, I have a claim in over account closure since March, I recieved and acknowledgement and havent heard a peep sinceThought this might be because they have a backlog to deal with, so I am happy to wait.Sarah

    Hi to everyone,

My court claim on line has been showing as suspended for some weeks now with no explanation. This appears to be happening to alot of people but does anyone have any idea what I should do now or who I can contact about this.

    Hope someone can help me.

Who are you claiming against, and have you rung the court?
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)
  • We are making a claim against Abbey. Have not rung the court yet. Do you think this is worth a try?

    thanks
