Morning. I had a lie in till 7.50, go me. Today my day is my own except for one little jobby DH has asked me to do that I'll combine with the weekly shop, oh and the fact that a couple of the shops I need to go to are half day closing. So apart from that, the day is my own timewise. This is what I'm thinking of doing:
Eat
Clean fridge
Meal plan
Do weekly shop
Hoover downstairs
Walk dogs
If it stays dry, I MIGHT cut the grass
That's it. Will see how the day pans out. I'm not going to try to catch up on the lists (bathroom mainly but its S&S everyday anyway). It will be nice just to potter.
Re ironing: I gave up ironing DD and DS clothes years ago. DD irons her own and DS wears most things creased.Spend less now, work less later.0 -

Hi everyone. Haven't quite got the hang of all these lists people are making. (Note to self to read the earlier posts), but a, pleased to say that I came home last night from work to a tidy downstairs. It was great to get up for the builder this morning and all I had to do was make the bed and hoover the floor. Though why i bothered hoovering I don;t know, as they've just messed it all up!
Can't remember the last time that I didn't have to rush around in a panic doing a major tidy and hide-away before someone came round. And even the kitchen was fairly tidy. I really hope I can keep this going as it feels great!0 -

Back from shopping. Everything done except walking the dogs, will take them for a long one after lunch and cutting the grass. I am telling myself it's too wet.Spend less now, work less later.0

Found this to be very effective against grease, costs £1.00 a bottle some supermarkets.

We've just actually got home from town - ££££ lighter, but with a lovely new hearing aid.:o
Covers have been removed from the bath-lift and washed; bedlinen is now in the WM.
I think Mr LW's a little the worse for wear, he and his pal went to the beer festival last night. I went along to bring the car home, then when they called me, went and picked them up; I got out of actually attending (as their driver I'd only have been able to drink water, so didn't want to stay) as I have Megan the Labrador to look after.;)
Right, I need to prize his butt off the sofa; we still need to do the weekend tasks, the stuff I can no longer manage unaided.;) *goes to look for large crowbar for butt-prizing*:DIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0
