the clutter in my office collected and built up over a 10 year period and was only finally vanquished last week!

    :rotfl:

    I feel your pain...

    Firstly, congratulations

Secondly, someone gave me one of these so that should do for housing all my crapola for the time being... :D I have one already that is half the size of that one which is already full...

The new one however is currently sitting in the hall still in the boxes, but the spare room has too much gibble lying around all over the place to actually build the thing! Its on my to-do list...

Anyway, thats me home from Uni, so Im off to shuffle the WM firstly then see what I can do next!

Skint breeder I haven't any ironing, but am procrastinating over my HHWii, so I'll do that while you iron, OK?:o

That's WiiFit, for the avoidance of doubt - it's set up now, so off I go.....

Lamewolf, Wii is fine by me, although I think we should have swapped! longest half hour of my life nearly 2 hours....all ironing done, DS still asleep from his nap, I have had to microwave my cup of tea that I made when I started the ironing as my reward to sit and enjoy afterwards....so combined with the ironing I did with DS's "help" this morning that 3 hours worth.....I think the motto is to try and do a HHI everyday and stick to it!:p

    WM emptied,
laundry gathered from baskets in bedrooms and bathroom is now in kitchen.
Folded laundry from TD has now been homed in various rooms.
Various items have been unpacked and rehomed.
Surfboards are in DS room... so two less things in my Hall :D

Off to do HHC in the Kitchen... and get the clutter out of the way in there so I can photograph the table and fridge...

    Any joiners....??

I will come and join you Jo! I have had just left DD3 bedroom before I commit murder - I found all the clothes I ironed last week that she was supposed to put away in her wardrobes mangled in a ball and stuffed in one of the over-head cupboards above her top bunk:mad:

Another reason to not bother.. just fold and put away.. I haven't ironed a thing in years.

Rights.. 12 loads of laundry folded and away.. mostly. £350 tesco shop put away.. should keep us going a while. DW been on twice, and there is enough to fill it again!!! WMx2. and a lump of gammon in the SC.

And can you tell any of this has been done??? of course not!!! Why do I bother?

    Evening everyone,

haven't done any flylady the last two days as been doing the paid work thing. But kept up with washing & swish & swiping so its not looking too bad here.

DDS 1&2 are home and have just been given Friday's list, minus the extras. Every weekend i seem to nag for them to tidy their rooms. Now they can follow the list, with some help from myself. Well they are 12 & 10 so maybe its time to give them some direction in the keeping house department, won't be such a culture shock when they leave home. Will give you a progress report on this little experiment over the weekend

    Hello!

They are gone! Peace! (until Monday). I'm excited and missing them at the same time, lol.

Still, I managed a quiet visit to my friend and decluttered a couple of smoochy cuddles with a 4 day old baby :D aww he is a cutie, and very chilled. Although he did try to nibble my arm whilst he was waiting for his feed :)

Haven't done much else but kitchen dailies really. Had kiddies at playgroup this morning, and wandered round shopping centre. Got DD the most hilarious little reindeer leggings. Goodness knows what she'll wear with them, but sure she'll look very cute.

I am going to declutter my eyebrows, and later popping in for pizza and wine with my neighbours.

MIL called to say they'd arrived safely, could hear the kids screeching in the background, racing around like nutters and jumping on the bed. Poor inlaws will be certifiable after spending a whole weekend in a caravan with two crazy toddlers...
