See that left leg .... I'm that big.
    :)
    Probably not as wobbly though.

That woman weighs 74 stone. If youre the same size as her left leg, you need to get yourself on a diet. And now.

That is simply untrue. You are making figures up with little knowledge of what you're talking about.

A thirty stone woman would have to consume just over 3000 calories to maintain their weight.

A twenty stone (morbidly obese) woman would need to consume about 2500 calories to maintain their weight.

Stop it with those facts mrcow. Don't you know that breadline knows more about this than everyone else on the forum combined! :rotfl:

    I'm not backpeddling at all.

Absolutely not, you'd need a car to reverse that fast.

You've made stuff up that was massively inaccurate and claimed to know what you're talking about in the same thread. You'll have to accept that some of us are getting amusement from your rambling attempts to hide it which are instead just making it worse.

And............how do you think someone gets to 30 stone? By eating just over 2500 cals a day? You need to eat an extra 3000 calories to gain 1lb of weight...........so do the maths. It's very simple.

Someone eats 200 calories more per day than needed to maintain their weight. Over a year that is 73000 calories which would equate to roughly 24lb. That behaviour continued for 5 years would increase their weight by 120lbs: 8.5 Stone.

So it begs the question why everyone else here is doing the 'maths' yet you're the one suggesting it and obviously completely ignoring mathematics and facts because in breadlinebetty-land you need to eat 10 square meals a day to be overweight.

    1) Lack of education.
    2) Lazy.
    3) Addiction/mental health issues.

    Simples.

Junk food is not cheaper than home cooked meals. You might not be able to eat overly healthily for the same or less than junk food, but you can certainly eat more healthily.

If someone doesn't know that vegetables are a healthier option than fruit and should be 3-4 of the 5 a day then they are uneducated on nutrition.

The Government has a difficult task of educating whilst not providing too much information as to confuse people.

Yes you are back pedalling. You said that a morbidly obese person would have to eat 8000 calories to maintain their weight.

The actual truth is very, very far from that. It's okay to admit that you got carried away you know. :p

So tell me how YOU would know how many calories that 74st woman needs to maintain her weight?

Well if reading my ramblings is a form of amusement for you, I'd say you have a very empty life....

Do you have a weight problem by any chance? :)
