Good morning :j
Not much moneysaving to report, but its payday tomorrow :j:j
I've just checked my E*ay account and have another bid of £9.99 on one of my items. They're due to end tomorrow I think.
I need to sit down this evening and work out exactly what I can afford to pay off each debt. I would love to be able to get the total down below £20k this month, but we'll have to wait and see.
DS2 asked me last week if I could help him pay for uni text books. I said I'd give him half, so thats £32 going out that I hadn't bargained for. I helped DS1 while I was still with the ex, so I can't make any difference between the boys (I never have so I'm not going to start now just because I've got no money!).
Have a good day

Well done on the Ebay item. I have currently 9 items for sale, but they don't end until Sat.
Was dealt a blow yesterday when it was announced overtime ws stopping from next week. That was the money i was hoping to use to pay my debts. Now i feel like i am s**t creek without a paddle.
Now on the lookout for a 2nd job....
How are you planning on paying your debts off?
February GC £26.68/£2500 -
Morning

Hi Danielle sorry to hear about the overtime. I'm a bit fed up this morning. I've just checked my bank balance and my wages were about £60 less than I was expecting :mad:
I don't really have a plan for paying it back. I think its going to be a long haul. My first plan of attack is to pay my N*xt account off, then move onto the next debt etc. I'm wondering if I should use the remaining credit on my 2 cards to pay this one off, then I'd have 3 bills to pay instead of 4. Not sure if this is the best plan.
I have to get ready for work now, but I'll be back later for an update after I've made all my payments. Hope everyone has a good day

If the APR on the two cards you could transfer Next to are less than Next's APR of approx 30% then go for it.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. That's rubbish news about your wages.
Talking about paying off the Next, i actually paid mine off with my 0% cc yesterday. Not sure why i haven't done it sooner to be honest.
February GC £26.68/£2500 -
Thanks everyone!
I didn't pay N*xt off in the end - I don't have enough credit left on my cards
I've made all my payments and adjusted my signature accordingly. I've made minimum payments to the two cards and paid as much as I can off the two storecards. The loan is the same every month, but I've added it to my signature because it helps to see it change every month.
I'm really fed up tonight. I've paid everything but now there's nothing left till next payday when it all starts all over again and it doesn't help because I know its all my fault :mad::mad:
Sorry, rant over. The sooner I get my storecards paid off the better, then I can start throwing that money at the credit cards.
I also need to phone work's HR Dept tomorrow cos I've check my timesheets and rota and I think they've underpaid me by about 10 hours work
Other than that, not much else to report. I hope everyone else had a good MSE dayNext £0.00 Aqua £470.00
