I hate clothes shopping... and I'm wondering how I can accessorise my navy kaliko dress so that it doesn't look like the dress they all saw me wearing at a funeral this week! Any ideas?
So... I've bought...
a multi/navy silk caped scarf with beautiful purple pansies
a navy hat
and a duck egg blue handbag
What do you think?
In money-related news, the home improvement fund has exceeded its target without me needing to sell any of my shares and I've received a £350 dividend

MWC - as I'm a walking trousers and fleece- at all times - kinda gal (don't ask me what I got married in!), I'm not going to venture into fashion advice.
But I do like that hat - honestly
[STRIKE]And the link to the handbag doesn't seem to work - I think it goes to an MSE page instead for some reason. Or is it just my non-techy fingers?

Lovely to *see* you.

 oh dear, I have been gone awhile...
What's been happening since I last visited  I've mainly been spending lots of money on lots of stuff for the kitchen and living room, clothes and lotions & potions
I've also made a £500 OP to the mortgage this month so I'm not a complete MFW fraud!
It's been a good month healthwise. I had an iffy looking mole removed from a sun-exposed bit of my body - it was benign - and a mammogram also showed no evidence of cancer :T
Off to Portugal on Monday for 5 days
Hope everyone is well.
