I didn't see every single minute of the game, but hugely enjoyed what I did see. Excellent win, Wales made to look very ordinary - which is no mean feat.

I :heart2: Mr MWC (and not just because he transferred the "spare" £1,000 in his current a/c to me this evening) although he's been home for 15 consecutive days now and is getting under my feet a bit!!!
Money shuffled, big CC bill paid (it included flights to Toronto in June :j), £500 transferred to Regular Saver (to be used as a MOP in December) and everything else transferred to the everyday savings a/c
We have enough money saved for the new kitchen (including new white goods and range cooker), a wood-burning stove, new sofas and a new TV for Mr MWC :T
Site survey for the stove is booked for Friday afternoon and we're planning to go into London on Saturday to get ideas for the living room. Has anyone used JL's Home Design service? I'm thinking about booking a design consultation.

I'm stressed and annoyed  It's now 10 days since my great-aunt died
and her useless grandson (next of kin) hasn't been in contact with the undertaker yet
In financial news, I'll be getting a pay rise (2%) and bonus (8% cash, 3.5% LTI shares) at the end of the month. Not as good as last year but better than I was expecting
The stove installation should be a simple 1-day job :T A little bit more expensive than I thought but not too bad. We just need to (at a minimum) get the chimney swept and paint the fireplace recess beforehand.
