Tee hee! I am such a fitbit dork! Couldn't work out how to add a friend u til I thought about changing the dashboard. Guess am still on the 'old' look.

So, how to stop being set to private? Will go and look on my laptop now.

Still body brushing every morning - not sure if it's making any difference but early days and all that...

Other good habits that I want to form are:

Wearing rubber gloves for washing up/cleaning and using hand cream
Making a bit of an effort with my appearance for work (not too much maybe a bit of lippy :rotfl:)

We went for a 5-mile walk after dinner - 20,000 steps today :j

Now I need to send a couple of work e-mails and pack for another business trip before bed...
