Tee hee! I am such a fitbit dork! Couldn't work out how to add a friend u til I thought about changing the dashboard. Guess am still on the 'old' look.

Still body brushing every morning - not sure if it's making any difference but early days and all that...
Other good habits that I want to form are:
Wearing rubber gloves for washing up/cleaning and using hand cream

Eggs OUT 18 (2 boxes sold for £3, 6 eggs used in a roasted root veg frittata for dinner)
We went for a 5-mile walk after dinner - 20,000 steps today :j
