Another successful weigh-in at chub club :T I've now lost 16.5 lbs in 7 weeks :j

£400+ of clothes to be returned for a refund :o
I've also been wardrobe shopping - several BNWT items from my pre-MSE days now fit :)

Well done on the weight loss! I remember saving a pair of jeans last time I lost weight then not loving them so much once they fitted:rotfl:

A 4 mile walk, the bare minimum of housework and chicken coop cleaning today and that's all I'm doing :)

Today's offerings from the freezer are LO roast beef and 250 g of minced beef that are being turned into a cottage pie to be served with roasted sprouts.

Well done all round :T. When is the holiday?
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

    23 sleeps :j

Last month's new good habit of drinking 1L water during my daily commute was successful :T so this month I'm extending that to the weekend and at least an extra 500mL/weekday.

This month's new good habit to form will be dry body brushing every morning :)

Dry body brushing! Now thats something that would help ... tell me more, I've heard of it but not much else ...

  • Dry body brushing can help to improve circulation and leaves skin softer and smoother - supposedly...

More on how to do it here

Looking forward, my good habit for mid-April/May will be to do something every day to tone the saggy bits!

Well done on getting into the £80ks :)

I may pinch your February good habit of drinking a litre of water everyday as I spend a lot of time in the car and certainly don't drink enough.
