I drink so much water (otherwise my eye that has had 2 ops on it starts to complain) - up to 4l a day- that extended periods of time in the car would be 'interesting'!

I have a 25 mile commute each way and I don't start drinking until I'm halfway there and I know how bad the traffic is!

Excellent weight loss and mortgage reducing!

Am liking the idea of forming a new good habit each month. I best think of 3 to introduce quickly so I can catch up! I did however start doing shred again in Feb (still doing it in March) so maybe I only need to think of 2 more!

I don't have a cuppa at work after about 3pm for that reason :rotfl:.

  • I weigh the same today as I did when I started my current job in January 2010 - I feel so much fatter :(

So I went for a 5 mile walk this evening and now I'm off to bed before I eat anything else!

MWC, those are good results - great financial increases, and fitness/weight! Hope you slept well, as well :)
