Excellent weight loss and mortgage reducing!
Am liking the idea of forming a new good habit each month. I best think of 3 to introduce quickly so I can catch up! Today has been a good day
I body brushed!
I drank 1.5L water!
I stuck to my diet!
I walked 13,000+ steps!
And I got notification of a 1. 4% pay rise, an 11% cash bonus and a 3.5% LTI shares bonus :T

I weigh the same today as I did when I started my current job in January 2010 - I feel so much fatter
So I went for a 5 mile walk this evening and now I'm off to bed before I eat anything else!
