  • No walk this evening but I've potted up my plug plants, tidied the spare bedroom, tried on the next size down jeans (I can do them up :j) and now I'm off to bed with a stonking headache :(

    It's only this week that I've noticed a difference sizewise - dangerous territory now... this is the point where I normally give up dieting...

    Tonight's egg-based meal was lentil curry with eggs - the recipe's a keeper :T

    Spent most of the day sat on my backside so my current step count is terrible - off out for a walk soon :)
