3/4 loaf wholemeal seeded bread (we don't normally freeze bread but we wouldn't have finished a loaf before Wednesday)

1/2 bag peas

Blackberries
Sloes (must buy gin in Duty Free)
HG chillies
Curry leaves
Ice

My fitbit clocks up some steps when I am driving (I do a lot of driving) so maybe you will still be 'walking' when you are 'flying' and still be ahead! I am a long way behind you in steps, I did lose my charger for a week so that's my excuse:o;)
