A lovely afternoon/early evening catching up with old friends and grazing. I was designated driver however Mr MWC is hammered - terrible behaviour for a Sunday afternoon :rotfl:Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

oh dear, I spent £19.04 (£20.05 before using brand match coupon) - I'm blaming Mr MWC!
I received an interesting till spit though - 12p/L off fuel if I spend £60 or more instore before next Monday... that shouldn't be too difficult :rotfl:
There was a letter from T&M in the post today. 1 of 2 plants that were due to be available late-May 2013 aren't actually available until spring 2014. They've apologised effusively, given me a £10 gift voucher and will be sending me some complimentary foxgloves and perennial geraniums by the end of the month :T No news on the cerinthes for 1p so I still need to follow up with their customer services. I must also remind Mr MWC to collect and open any parcels that arrive whilst I'm away.
No reply from Sarah Raven yet. I'm never ordering anything from her website again - rubbish customer service, rubbish plants and rubbish packaging. In future I will look and, if there are any must-haves, I will source the plants elsewhere.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

SR's customer service is not a patch on T&M's
I finally got a response today - it appears that despite the web site and my order confirmation e-mail stating on 9 May that the angelica plants were available immediately, they are not actually available until late September :mad::mad: That's no use to me at all so I have cancelled the order and asked for a refund. The hydrangea is due to be sent out by the end of the week...
