    Hi

I feel awfully unthoughtful in telling you that I have managed to request Judgement when a lot of people have not been this lucky (I'm not completely lucky, took another one of my Lloyds accounts to court and they've just defended it stating that I requested over 6 years' worth of charges. Funny that considering I onlyopened the account in 2003.....) but just wanted to know how long it usually takes to receive monies from here. My Judgement is being checked for validation (requested it today) but not sure what to do now.

Want my monies but love the prospect of calling in the bailiffs.....

Anyone have to wait long for their monies?
  • Can anyone help.
My claim with moneyclaim was served to hsbc on 02 April 07 - the copy of acknowledgment of service was dated for 11 April 07 - do the 28 days until judgement day start from 02 or 11 April??

Is it 28 working days for MCOL. My papers were served and acknowledged on 27th march 2007. If its 28 days, then times up. What do i do now?

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks for that. Ive just requested judgment, as the papers were actually served on 21/03/07, but acknowledged on 27/03/07. That means they have 28 days from being served, not from the acknowledment. Apparantely the MCOL site won't let you request a judement anyway, if its too early.

What now? cheque in post - or will i have to chase them? Its Lloyds TSB.

I noticed my loan disappeared from my internet banking screen yesterday. Could it be that they have put the money towards that, without asking?

You can find the MCOL timings as posted by Beate in the Reclaim Help Thread, linked in my signature.

It may be that they have put the money into that account, you'll need to check with your bank.
