    Hi,

Nationwide paid up 2 days before their defence was due to the court. I got there in the end £914.

    Regards,

    Hi,

I just wrote "i am making a ckaim for the refund of charges applied to my account with ...... I have contacted them directly, but have not received a satisfactory responce." It worked and i got my money back, without going to court.

    Good Luck.
    Mama.
