So really they cannot stop my permit as the permit comes and belongs to the NHS, not the private company.
So the private company is just managing the the carpark as such ie trying to police it!
So the private company shouldn't be allowed to involve my manager/company i work for to get monies due. Right??
I know it sounds promising but these are the points:
The PPC is merely a contractor for the landowner as are the hospital security, the maintenance crews and all other bodies which are outsourced. Sadly, The Trust is at the helm of the operation, it is ultimately their task to sue a person with whom it has a dispute and as such, it is probable that once the PPC and its debt collection have exhausted themselves, they may report back to their client with the words, "sorry, this one here never replied, we sent out six threats and never got a response". The Trust may then run through their records to find that the name is on their payroll - alternatively, the vehicle details may have been passed straight to the Trust so they know before the PPC who is responsible for the car, as it will be on their system under your name.
In other words, your employer may be aware but is at this stage waiting for his dirty reward.
Since this is employment, you have another direction in which to turn if you feel they are discriminating you by refusing to sell you a permit for you not having paid an illegal demand. It is called Employment Tribunal and it is an establishment with binding powers and this route puts the wind up many employers.0 -

It's a bit ironic that you are picking someone up on spelling when you've made one yourselfExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0
