    I've noticed all this is West Yorkshire. The locations themselves won't matter Hollybean, I'm just trying to get to the top of this scamming company that issued the fake ticket. I'm hoping someone knows which debt collectors they use and what their fake "intended litigation" papers look like.

    Your status of employment doesn't come into the equation for what is between the PPC and you.

    The company that gave me the parking notice is called ' Park Co'.

    ah well, a new day, a new day to try find a parking space at the hospital i work at without getting another parking notice!! even though they're taking a parking fee out of my salary each month!

    Balfour Beatty built the Mid Yorks hospital(s) under the Private Finance Iniative.

    I know the place VERY well had a few bits of scrap paper left on my wind screen.

    Afraid didn't waste my time seeing who put it there!!!
    Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA :D
