You are paying for the erection of windmills, and the infrastructure to connect their pitiful output to the grid, along with the insulation offers to consumers, not forgetting the Fit schemes for the middleclasses to add some ecobling to their roofs, and other 'green' measures instigated by the eco warriors , who have enough money to afford them.

Have you any idea how much more expensive gas is in the Netherlands than it is here?
