Mornflaks were 'unavailable' for most of the time they were on offer in my Tesco, then they magically came back into stock after the offer ended.

My So Organic Sainsbury's carrots were truly delish! Something else that was unexpected - I have very sensitive skin on my hands - so when I wash veg -like carrots or potatoes - it usualy irritates my skin - not these organic carrots though. Amazing!

I managed to buy some organic bell peppers today by going to a different supermarket, but failed to find any organic celery or spinach. Also got some non organic Flower Sprouts and samphire - don't know if the latter is wild or farmed??

That is interesting and encouraging Backfrmtheedge! :D

Morrisons do organic celery (my local store had it before they went all futurised)

Spinach - Waitrose do but can't remember where else.

Sainsbury's SO organic range has two types of organic spinach - spinach and young spinach.

I lurve samphire. Waitrose and ASDA both sell it and Abel & Cole also. There are two types, rock samphire and wild samphire. You can grow it yourself if you water with salted water. If anyone interested I will stick up links. ASDA samphire comes rom Israel so I won't buy it. Can't remember where Waitrose samphire comes from. In my local Waitrose you can only get samphire by asking for it at the fish counter. Abel & Cole's comes from Tregida in Cornwall.

Have a feeling wild is out of season ATM.

I had winter purslane earlier this week. Looks like larger leaved watercress. Couldn't tell you what it tasted like as OH made borani esfanaj with it plus wild rocket and watercress and it was drowned in garlic onions and yogurt.

BACKFRMTHEEDGE that's kinda weird but good about the carrots.
