Mine has just brought me a sample Tea Bag.
Oh, don't know if this has already been mentioned, but those comps where "you can enter as many times as you like". Why can't once be enough? It gives everybody a fair chance to win them. Some of us haven't the time (or attention span), to constantly fill in an entry form for one comp.
And I agree also with delivery vans that park outside your house and the parcel is not for you. Stop building our hopes up :mad::mad:BEST EVER WINS WON IN ORDER (so far) = Sony Camcorder, 32" lcd telly, micro ipod hifi, Ipod Nano, Playstation 3, Andrex Jackpup, Holiday to USA, nintendo wii, Liverpool vs Everton tickets, £250 Reward Your thirst, £500 Pepsi, p&o rotterdam trip, perfume hamper, Dr Who stamp set, steam cleaner.
comping = nowt more thrillin' than winnin':T :j0 -
Threads in the Compers Chat Corner where people are discussing something minor and it goes on and on and on and the same things are repeated over and over again and it rolls into a huge debate!
I hate seeing the same question asked time and time again too - I don't understand why people cannot do a search or have a look down the board to see if the question has been asked before eg 'Are the dailies worth entering?' 'does anyone ever win with 'XXX'' etc (why don't they search the IWIWIW first?:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -
I hate needing a number two when I am comping, especially when I am in the middle of the daily mags - I lose my roll and forget where I am up to if I have to get up and go!! I always try to put it off until the last minute or when I start to get pains!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0

Well I am going to put my grumpy old lady hat on here. :cool:
People who ask the "how long is a piece of string question" for example:
I received a red card missed delivery today anyone any ideas what it may be?
I received a XXX courier card today any ideas what it is?
I missed a call from an unknown number can anyone shed any light?
Honestly, thousands and thousands of people are receiving parcels/courier/telephone calls daily/ How can anyone else possibly know what it is??The best things in life are free.....0 -

My other pet hate is multiple entry competitions. I don't mind the ITV ones so much as it's only either 3 or 6 times, and I think that's a sacrifice I'm happy to make for the chance of a big prize! :rotfl:But the ones that annoy me are the 100 entry or even worse unlimited entry ones, you could literally have people entering those 10,000 times couldn't you! Makes me feel "what's the point" :mad:0 -

I've got one of those hats too.
I don't mind the telephone call ones as people can sometimes shed light on marketing calls etc, but 'what did the courier try to deliver?' are just a shot in the dark.0 -
Have won a rather nice unlimited entry recently. I popped it in with my daillies, so probably entered just once a day
