None of my kids were planned - so I am not going to comment on "contraception"
But you do appear to have had a "up and down" relationship with the father of your children, going from single to not, to single etc.
If you are genuine then all I can say is - he must be cracking in "other ways" as I can't see what you find attractive about that kind of man.
I take it that he doens't financially support his children?0 -

I took the morning after pill, it never worked. You can step down from that pedastool you so often place yourself on....
funny how people have several contraceptive slip ups,
i got pregnant on the pill ....
while using a coil ....
condoms brike .....
its really strange how the majority seem to make contraception work.
but for a few.... nothing works! they get pregnant regardles!
youre not supposed to hold the pill berween your legs .... youre supposed to swallow it!0 -
i think any further contact you have with your ex shoud be on the phone only or via a third party .... or you decide that its time you both got back together because you clearlly still love him and lets be honest if you got carried away once how many more times will you get carried away.
I think you need to decide if your going to have this baby or not and i think you need to let your partner ... sorry ex know so he can financially support you

Ouch! Unplanned can happen (won't say mistake as that isn't fair on the child).

but it seems to happen time and again to the same people.
they have however many kids, and each one was unplanned.
just saying that its odd that the majority iof people plan their families, and manage to avoid more than one 'accident'
possibly the reason for serial accidents is that contraception isnt used or used incorrectly0 -
I sometimes have to remember the year we are in and do the sums from the year I was born, that what happens once you get over 40!!!!0

I am a 24yr old single parent to two children (2 and 4). I have just found out I am pregnant again after getting carried away with my children's father when I went round to his one day to discuss formalising custody arrangements. He is very much part of my kids lifes and is a great support to me. I think I could cope with looking after 3 children but don't know if I could afford it
I work full time earning £28,090 per annum (set to rise to £29,600 in April 2013) My childcare bill are present is £235 per week and this is with Dad doing 1 day and my daughter going to after school club. I estimated the childcare to be £425 per week when little one is here.
A few questions,
1.) is the maximum childcare (CTC) I can claim £300 for 3 children?
2.) do you think it is possible to work full time with three children under 5?
xxxx
I don't wish to sound uncaring, but having read of your ex-husband's situation, in telling you he had terminal cancer, when he didn't, and attempting suicide 3 times, I wouldn't consider leaving one child under 5, let alone 3, with him, on the one day a week you say he helps out.
I am amazed you are able to concentrate on such a well-paid and responsible job, at a relatively young age whilst the children are alone in his care. I'm assuming you had Maternity Leave with your 2 babies, so you must be very competent to be able to command such a salary, when you haven't been in employment that long. What sort of job do you do?
And does your ex-husband work, and/or give you financial support, or is it all down to you? Whatever you do, I wish you good luck with your pregnancy, and your decision.
