But - love to meet half way next week
P.S. I am not a coffee drinker... hate the stuff unless it's instant/granules
Hot chocolate with whipped cream and flake ftw
Hot chocolate it is. S long as its somewhere I can buy still water.
Spirit, are you free a day next week? We could make it a trio?0 -

Salisbury looks a winner....0 -

When shall we three meet again...I think....0

Sadly not. I will be at work:(
Harrumph. Stupid jobs.
I am usually fairly flexible so long as I can get cover here. There are a couple of weeks I cannot do next month.....but maybe the three of us cold email a date, or do a Saturday? ( if its a Saturday then dh will tag along though...but PN knows him, he's very inoffensive, and does girly coffee quite well.....or disappears to raid any independent music shops, delicatessens or markets.
S seems ideal PN, that's where I imagined we would meet PN, though I am happy to go elsewhere0 -
The problem with house hunting appears to be not that houses are too expensive, but that there are only about 4 on the bloody market!0

Around here no-one in my first choice of area seems to want to sell their house. At least not the ones I can afford anyway. How inconsiderate!
Anyhow, between you, me (at the other end of the price scale), Bertie and michaels (don't think I have missed anyone?), I think we have a NP housing boom on our hands. Gin and tonics all round? I'm not sure about you Chewy, but I'm only hoping to buy so I can join the groin-thrusting Homeowners on Parade :rotfl:0 -

I'll have to give the groin thrusting a pass, I don't want to aggravate the injury I got in the last house owners vs. renters street battle.0 -

For me ... I find they're too expensive. There's not much choice in the ideal size ... so I have to look bigger and then they're too expensive. Until you get to 3-bedrooms, most houses are simply inadequate/cramped. It's really not fair
Contact Kirsty/Phil and get them onto it for you.
If I was on location location location there is no way I'd let Kirsty do the bargaining. So it's on for £500,000, why don't we try offering them £499,999.99 and see if we can grab a bargain?
Erm, think I'll handle it from here thanks all the same Kirst...0
