Nope, it's OUR money. I sent you the link, dh is still on the phone, ten mins ish left.

In this situation usually the best thing to do is leave it.

There will always be something that comes along which will feel right for the both of you. It just takes time.

    Just my personal opinion mind.

For unsold ebay items, make them an offer below their listing price.

Sweets, if you had loadsa money I would want you to enjoy it.

Christmas presents are kind but not necessary, however well off our friends are. Bottle of grog goes down ok, otherwise we would rather people saved their money for themselves :D

And let's face it, dh and I have weird taste. :rotfl:

I might bid on the similar one the same seller has and another I have found that would make them a pair, not as good examples, but plenty good enough for us, and more comfortably priced for us.

I'm rejecting the POSH comment, on the grounds that truly posh people only look at private schools.

DD was in single sex independant schools until 6th form when we wanted her to go to co-ed. Paid for out of income as we earned a reasonable amount.

"confession" her prep school was posh - and we only looked at independant schools. She was a day girl as it is only 2 miles from home most of the others were boarders. It was wonderful - for her and for us.

For secondary schools we looked at Bedales - I loved it - they have a farm - but her verdict was she wanted a school "where you call the teachers Mrs somebody", she was a very traditional child, no first name terms for her. We chose somewhere single sex but not a competitive culture - only day girls & 'nice' but not posh at all.

School fees may be the reason we have very modest home. It was our choice.

I think I want this clock. The biggest he can make is eight inches but I want it for right at the top of the new chimne breast and I think that may be too small. Plus...no numbers...is that such a great idea...espeially from a distance.

Perhaps I shouldn't complain about the darkness. My journey home involves going ....... across the peak district. :)

I could put up with that for a day or two.
