Dh has suggested takeway of all varieties, and is getting perturbed that I keep suggesting he have what he wants....He has even tried tempting me with breaking the dry spell here and waving bottles of wine by me, but n'ah.
Even when I don't feel like eating or am not eating I usually enjoy cooking. Everything makes me feel queasy or turned off food. Not that it will hurt me to do without for a while. Just wish I could get back my joy of cooking!
you're not failing and he's just worried.
we have just eaten a simple supper and fingers crossed i will be able to cook something better tomorrow.
I'm falling asleep already but we have tiramisu for desert (shop bought) so will have to keep eyes awake for that.0 -
So sorry to hear you are feeling so rough but you are NOT failing as a wife. Bet you anything that fir agrees with me.

Neither would ATM.....loves cooking and food was important to him. He's not in the least cross, but yeah, he is worried. I took some acidophilus and iron and stuff he likes with algae in it which has made him feel a bit better.0 -
I went out today and saw something that got me thinking ... so I was on ebay investigating stuff... and randomly found this bizarre item.

I am starting to look at baths now. The plans are based on 1700 by 800 but we could go a little wider, and a bit longer of we make the corridor narrower. But I would rather keep the seventeen hundred length.
It's going to be built in.
I dislike spa baths (the idea more than the actuality, i have the feeling from the one we had in london that they are dirty) but dh lies them. What's the nice people consensus?0 -

Imagine sitting in a hot bath tub after a meal of baked beans, something fizzy and a side of pulses.
These look quite fun, but too big. We could make to measure, was the original plan, but....li am just after ease ATM.

Lemon jelly would approve, as I don't think I could read in something so deep.0 -

I like them but haven't had one. I think nothing of going for a jacuzzi or to the main spa pool at my spa and I have to share those with other people, with a spa bath I'll be the only one in the water (DH definitely wouldn't fit with me in the tiny space we have for a bath) and can clean fastidiously afterwards. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing?
