Nice people thread part 7 - a thread in its prime

Replying to the rest of your post, prices round here are surprisingly reasonable to other places I have lived. That is a relatively highly priced road for that postcode (wrong side of the river).
I should not be so rude to the rest of you- perhaps I should post a link at the other place?
You know, I would be wary if you are considering it. ( link at other place).0 -
I'm rubbish at looking at places but happy to help with decorating ideas
so don't worry, not feeling left out.

It is just lovely to hear that you are exploring this.
I surprised myself a bit (quite a lot actually) by liking it so much last night. And even more when I rang one of the agents today. Considering how much thinking I can do about buying a pair of shoes it is quite impressively decisive!
As I've mentioned, I've been building my deposit pretty much since forever. Things seem to have fallen into places I couldn't have seen 12 months ago, and I really feel like it's the right time to make a move.
Plus I need to get in before house prices soar again (just around the corner, right?), and I would like to get a nice long fix at a decent rate.0 -

Is there a way to just link floor plans or something? I want to see, but I don't want you to make your self vulnerable.0
