Invitation is not sucky uppy, but friendly. If they like dh, then they will like you too. And the ladies! (are there congratulations in order? I've been missing an awful lot!)

Ladies = hens (in my head anyway), apologies if I got that wrong!

Ooh, Nikkster, I felt a definite rise in my heart rate when I read this one.

Are we onto colour schemes yet? x

I have propertybee if I can help. I had to check as I haven't looked at rightmove for far too long.

[STRIKE]PM[/STRIKE] Essay sent, thanks Doozer :)

Colour schemes were discussed a few weeks back (they have been a long time in the plannning in my imaginary house:rotfl:).

I'm definitely ready for house hunting. I feel like I've been training for years via MSE and all the property !!!!!! on tv! (though I of course know that I have no real technical knowledge of course)

Last time I heard this was on a Moth podcast about when Darryl McDaniels from Run DMC was suffering with depression and was inspired and comforted by this.

Didn't you find a dog, or rather, didn't a dog find you? What happened to him?

Ah you mean Lady. That was Granny in Law's dog who FiL inherited.

When we lived with MiL/FiL I looked after her. She's a lovely doggie. She lives out in the back yard and is allowed into the laundry for thunderstorms only. She takes herself for walks too. She also absolutely refuses to play fetch. If you throw a ball for he she looks at you with an expression that appears to be saying, "Well that was a bit thick. You'd best go and get that back".

Do what I'm doing and take the MSE approach. Go to the supermarket tomorrow and get all of the ingredients half price in the sale. Mmmm... Ash Wednesday...
